• with tags
• in its original packaging

In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the risk of transport for the returned goods.

4. Undeliverable or Incorrectly Addressed Shipments
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
Undeliverable shipments or packages that are refused upon delivery will not be refunded.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us without delay if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
